您注册账号或使用本服务即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的全部内容。如您不同意本条款，请勿使用本服务。

本服务由位于中国香港特别行政区的 Loomaly 运营者（下称"我们"）提供，付款通过 Stripe 收取。

Loomaly 是一款 SEO 审计 SaaS 工具：发现网站的页面，用代码规则和 AI 判断逐页检查，实测代表页的性能（含 PageSpeed Insights、CrUX 公开数据），按"先修什么"给问题排序，并为每个问题生成修复建议和提示词；连接 Google Search Console 后可展示搜索表现数据。

我们可能不定期推出新功能或调整既有功能，并保留在合理范围内变更服务的权利。

• 您应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号凭证；
• 您应确保对所连接的 Google 账号及 Search Console 资源拥有合法的访问与授权权限；
• 您不得利用本服务从事任何违法、侵权或滥用行为，包括但不限于：刷量、爬取他人受保护数据、攻击我们的基础设施、绕过额度限制等；
• 您应自行对您在 Loomaly 中的操作负责，包括根据审计建议对您的网站做出的任何修改。

Loomaly 按月订阅套餐收费，各套餐包含的站点数和每月页面数及价格见定价页面。套餐按月自动续费，您可随时在账单页取消，取消后套餐在已付费周期结束前继续有效。

退款政策：首次订阅的第一笔付款，14 天内可申请全额退款，无需说明理由。之后的续费，已开始的计费周期不予退款；您可随时取消，避免下一次续费。如被重复扣款，或因我方技术问题导致服务无法使用，我们会退还相应款项。法律另有规定的，从其规定。申请退款请发邮件至 billing@loomaly.com。

用户数据：您上传或在 Loomaly 中生成的审计数据归您所有。我们仅在为您提供服务的范围内处理这些数据。

产品本身：Loomaly 的代码、品牌、商标、UI 设计、文档以及所有衍生成果归 Loomaly 所有，受相关法律保护。除非获得书面许可，您不得复制、修改、分发或反向工程本服务。

我们保留随时新增、修改或下线功能的权利。对于影响您主要使用方式的重大变更，我们会通过邮件或站内通知提前告知。

本服务"按现状"提供。我们不保证审计结果完全准确或一定能改善您的搜索排名——SEO 受 Google 算法、市场竞争等多方因素影响。

在法律允许的最大范围内，Loomaly 对因使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的总责任上限为您在事件发生前 12 个月内向 Loomaly 实际支付的费用。

您可随时发邮件至 privacy@loomaly.com 要求删除账号以终止本协议，我们会在 30 天内删除账号及相关数据。我们保留在以下情况单方面终止或暂停您账号的权利：您严重违反本条款、长期未使用、或我们出于合法合规需要。

本条款适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交香港特别行政区法院审理。

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by the operator of Loomaly in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("we", "us"). Payments are collected through Stripe.

Loomaly is an SEO audit service: it finds a site's pages, checks every page with code rules and an AI judgment, measures the performance of representative pages (including public PageSpeed Insights and CrUX data), ranks issues by what to fix first, and writes a fix and a prompt for each. With Google Search Console connected, it also shows search performance data.

We may release new features or adjust existing ones from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify the Service within reasonable limits.

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information, and keep your credentials secure;
• Ensure that you have the legal right and authorization to access the Google account and Search Console properties you connect;
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: traffic inflation, scraping others' protected data, attacking our infrastructure, or circumventing usage quotas;
• You are solely responsible for actions you take in Loomaly, including any changes you make to your own website based on audit recommendations.

Loomaly is sold as monthly subscription plans. What each plan includes (sites and pages a month) and its price are on the pricing page. Plans renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from the billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refund policy: the first payment of your first subscription is fully refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. After that, a billing period that has already started is not refunded; you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. If you are charged twice, or a technical problem on our side keeps the Service from working, we refund that charge. Where the law gives you more, the law applies. To ask for a refund, write to billing@loomaly.com.

User data: Audit data you upload to or generate in Loomaly belongs to you. We process it only as needed to provide the Service.

The product itself: Loomaly's code, brand, trademarks, UI design, documentation, and all derivative works belong to Loomaly and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or retire features at any time. For material changes that affect your primary use of the Service, we will notify you in advance by email or in-app notice.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that audit results are entirely accurate or that they will improve your search rankings — SEO depends on Google's algorithms, competitive dynamics, and many other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomaly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid to Loomaly in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by emailing privacy@loomaly.com to have your account deleted; we delete it and its data within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your account is long inactive, or as required for legal or compliance reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
